In this workshop, you will learn the benefits, intent, cautions and timing of sports massage treatments, observe commonly used sports massage techniques, observe a foundation for an event sports massage routine and learn the steps necessary to set up an on-site sports massage event. Post race massage specific for triathletes will be demonstrated.
