SELF-TREATMENT and PREVENTION OF CARPAL TUNNEL
and OTHER NERVE ENTRAPMENT SYNDROMES |
This workshop addresses nerve entrapment syndromes (including carpal tunnel) specific to massage therapists who experience symptoms in their arms, hands, and wrists. You will learn how to treat your own arms and hands using effective self-massage techniques in the proper sequence and depth, and how to prevent nerve entrapment symptoms from developing. You’ll also learn an innovative indirect / direct stretching technique that will increase mobility and flexibility which you can teach to your clients.
This is a hands-on workshop. |
